Deepen your connection to Herbalism, the plant kingdom, and your intuition with this unique monthly class! 

Our time together will focus on exploring basic principles of plant spirit shamanism while highlighting a different herb or mushroom each month. There will be a shamanic journey with each plant to learn more about the spiritual medicine that it can provide. Shamanic journeying uses steady, rhythmic drumming to syncopate the heart to the drumbeat. This drops each person into an altered state of consciousness which allows for intuitive symbols, information, and images to arise. 

This process is a beautiful way to learn more about herbs and how they can work with us both in spiritual form and physically!
