Art is healing for the body, mind, and soul!

Join us monthly for an intuitive art experience designed to awaken the deepest levels of self through conscious expression.

There will be no guided instruction on what image or abstract art you create, but rather gentle encouragement to clear the mind and allow the intuition to paint THROUGH you! You don’t have to be an artist to join this class—in fact the less you know about technique the better your intuition can work through you!

Each gathering will begin with a guided meditation to expand the conscious mind, followed by intuitive movement. We’ll explore the ways in which our bodies wish to open up and expand before they pour their inspiration onto the canvases through gentle stretching and dance.

Music designed to expand the mind and open the heart will be played during our time together to enhance your innate intuitive abilities and allow for the messages of your soul to be explored visually.

You will be provided with:

• An 11 X 14 canvas board

• Acrylic Paint

• Pastels

• Watercolors

• A selection of calming teas

• Gentle encouragement and guidance

All will leave with a painted canvas and a new perspective on where you are within your life journey.
